About Pattern Health
We help women take back control by making sense of unexplained symptoms and turning them into a clear, approachable starting point they can actually act on.
Our mission
Why we started Pattern
Women know their bodies. But when symptoms like fatigue, brain fog or gut issues don’t have a clear explanation, it can be hard to know where to begin. Advice is everywhere: in appointments, search results, social feeds and conversations with friends. Making sense of it all usually falls to her.
For some conditions that commonly affect women, it takes an average of eight years to get a diagnosis.1 Much of that time is spent living with symptoms that don’t yet have a name.
That waiting adds up. Women spend 25% more of their lives in debilitating health than men, an average of nine years each.2 Many of those years are linked to conditions that are under-researched, under-diagnosed or under-treated. Across the world, that adds up to 75 million years of healthy life lost every year.2
We believe much of that time can be given back. Pattern exists to help women reclaim those years, with clear answers and everyday support built around their bodies and their lives.
Our story
How Pattern began

We both spent years navigating our health on our own. Our symptoms didn’t seem connected, and neither healthcare nor wellness gave us clear answers. So we did the work ourselves, studying our own health and what the research says about women’s bodies.
Over time, we realised that what we’d learned shouldn’t stay with us. Women everywhere are on the same journey, spending years with symptoms that feel unrelated and searching for answers that never quite come together. That knowledge needed to be accessible and actionable for every woman, not just those with the time to piece it together.
We started Pattern because we believe women deserve evidence-backed answers and real control over their health. Every part of it is built with empathy.
What Pattern does
A clear picture of your health, and a place to start
Pattern brings your symptoms together into one coherent picture and shows you what’s most worth focusing on first. From there, you get personalised starting points across nutrition, stress, sleep and movement, with regular check-ins that adjust as you go.
If you’d like to go deeper, our partner clinics offer advanced testing, and we can introduce you to practitioners who fit what you need.
Our approach is grounded in women’s health and chronic care research.
Our values
What we believe
Nutrition and lifestyle are the foundation of your health.
What you eat, how you sleep, how you move and how you manage stress shape how you feel every day. That’s where lasting change begins.
Your health is built through your own patterns and rhythms.
No two women are the same. We look at the patterns in your life to understand what your body needs.
What we stand for
Simplicity
Care doesn’t have to be complicated or confusing. We turn complex research into clear, practical steps you can act on.
Accessibility
Every woman deserves access to holistic care, not only those with the time, money or know-how to find it.
Empathy
Every woman should feel seen, heard and validated. We lead with empathy in how we design Pattern and in how we show up for our community, caring for the whole person, not just her symptoms.
