Last updated: 23 April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pattern Health website (patternhealth.com), platform, mobile and web applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by MY FEED PTE. LTD. (trading as “Pattern” and “Pattern Health”) (“Pattern”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, registering for our waitlist, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy and the Medical Disclaimer set out in Section 3 below, which form an integral part of these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep this information updated.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate that user's account.
2. The Services
Pattern is a women's health technology and wellness support platform. The Services include:
- A digital platform for tracking symptoms, habits, and lifestyle factors across the pillars of nutrition, stress, sleep, and movement.
- The Pattern Profile, an educational self-assessment that generates a whole-person snapshot based on self-reported responses.
- Personalised care roadmaps, informational content, and pattern insights generated using our AI-supported, practitioner-designed health translation framework.
- For eligible members, coordination with third-party lab testing partners for curated functional lab bundles, and display of user-uploaded lab results within the platform.
- For eligible members, facilitation of introductions to independent third-party care practitioners, and display of their notes within the user's care profile (subject to Section 4).
The specific features available to you depend on your membership tier and are described on our website and within the platform.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Please read this section carefully. It is fundamental to your understanding of the Services.
Pattern Health is a health technology and wellness support platform and does not provide medical services, laboratory testing, diagnoses, or medical treatment. All medical, laboratory, and clinical services are provided by independent, third-party licensed providers, who set their own pricing and terms.
While Pattern Health may help facilitate access to external testing, practitioners, or health services, we do not recommend, endorse, or refer any specific healthcare provider. You are free to choose your own providers and may continue using Pattern Health regardless of those choices.
Information, insights, tools, and content provided through Pattern Health are for general educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, or for consultation with your primary care physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
If you have questions about test results, symptoms, or health information accessed through Pattern Health, you should consult a licensed medical professional.
Membership and service fees primarily cover access to our technology platform and wellness support services. Certain third-party tests, consultations, or services may incur additional fees, which are set and charged by those providers. Fee details are available upon request.
You agree that you will not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional medical advice, and that you assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information accessed through the Services. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
4. Third-Party Providers (Labs and Practitioners)
4.1 Lab Testing Partners
Where your membership includes functional lab testing, tests are conducted by independent third-party laboratories. Pattern does not perform laboratory testing. The relationship between you and the lab is governed by the lab's own terms, privacy practices, and applicable laws. Raw lab data is owned by the lab and by you, as determined by the lab's terms and applicable law. Pattern receives a copy of your lab results only when you choose to upload them to your Pattern account, at which point they will be reflected in your care roadmap.
Unused lab bundles expire at the end of each 12-month membership period and do not roll over.
4.2 Care Practitioners
Where the Services facilitate access to care practitioners, those practitioners are independent third parties who contract with you directly. They set their own scope of practice, fees, and terms. Pattern is not a party to your relationship with any practitioner, does not control the services they provide, does not guarantee any particular outcome, and is not responsible for any advice, recommendations, fees, conduct, or services provided by them.
With your knowledge and as part of the Services, practitioners may submit notes to Pattern following consultations, which we display on your care profile so that your roadmap can evolve with your care. Pattern displays these notes as provided; we do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for their content.
5. Accounts and Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at hellopatternhealth@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.
You may not share your account, transfer your account to another person, or allow others to use your account. Pattern is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
6. Membership, Fees, and Payment
6.1 Plans and Fees
Pattern offers membership plans (including Basic and Standard tiers) on 6-month or 12-month terms. Current pricing, inclusions, and plan details are set out on our website and are subject to change. All fees are stated and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise indicated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, you may use the Services at no charge for the trial period stated at the time of sign-up (currently 7 days, subject to change). You must provide payment details to activate the trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your paid membership will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable fee for your selected plan.
6.3 Auto-Renewal
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each membership term (6 or 12 months, as applicable) for a further term of the same length, at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for each renewal.
You can manage and cancel your auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hellopatternhealth@gmail.com.
6.4 Cancellation and Refunds
- During the free trial: You may cancel at any time before the end of the trial period at no charge.
- After the trial, during a paid membership term: You may cancel your membership at any time. On cancellation, your access to the Services will end at the close of the calendar month in which you cancel. You may be entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your paid term, calculated from the end of your access period, less (i) the value of any lab bundles already ordered or shipped on your behalf, and (ii) the value of any other Pattern services already availed. Pattern will determine refund amounts acting reasonably and in good faith.
- Third-party services: Fees for third-party services (including labs and practitioners) are set and charged by those providers. Refunds for those services are governed by the third party's terms, not these Terms.
Except as expressly stated above or required by applicable law, all fees paid to Pattern are non-refundable.
6.5 Changes to Fees
We may change our fees from time to time. Any change will apply to you from the start of your next renewal term, and we will notify you of the change before it takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new fee, you may cancel before the renewal date.
6.6 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Services until payment is successfully made. We may retry failed payments and may terminate your membership if payment remains outstanding.
7. Your Content

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the Pattern platform, the Pattern Profile framework and methodology, our content, design, trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Pattern. No rights are transferred to you by these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pattern grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
