Terms of Service
Effective date: 3 September 2026
Last updated: 3 September 2026
Previous versions: patternhealth.app/terms/versions
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pattern website (patternhealth.app), our mobile and web applications, and related services (together, the “Services”), provided by MY FEED PTE. LTD. (trading as “Pattern” and “Pattern Health”) (“Pattern”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Please read these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy and the Medical Disclaimer in Section 3, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be resident in Singapore. The Services are offered only to individuals residing in Singapore and are not directed at people in any other country.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
We ask you to confirm your date of birth and country of residence before you begin our intake assessment. By using the Services you confirm that you meet the requirements above. If we become aware that you do not, we may suspend or close your account.
2. What Pattern is, and what it is not
2.1 What Pattern is
Pattern is a nutrition & lifestyle education, coaching and self-tracking platform. It is a place to record how you feel over time, to organise that information, and to learn about the things that influence how your body works.
A Pattern membership gives you access to:
- Self-tracking, so you can record how you are feeling and the daily habits you are working on across nutrition, stress, sleep and movement.
- An intake assessment, which organises what you have told us and reflects it back to you as a structured summary, so that the things you are experiencing are in one place rather than scattered.
- Journaling, in your own words.
- Educational content about women's health, nutrition and lifestyle.
- Personalised recommendations and practical next steps, based on the information you provide, across areas such as nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep and movement.
Everything in Pattern is built from information you choose to give us. Pattern does not measure anything about your body, and does not collect information from any device, sensor or medical record.
2.2 What the intake assessment is
The intake assessment is an educational and organisational tool. It takes what you have told us and presents it back in a structured form, alongside general educational material about how the things you have described are commonly understood to relate to one another.
It is not a medical assessment. Specifically, it is not:
- A diagnosis, or a suggestion of one.
- A screening test, a triage tool, or a risk assessment.
- A measurement of your health, or a judgement about whether you are healthy or unwell.
- A recommendation that you should or should not seek medical care.
- Something to show a doctor in place of a consultation, though you are welcome to use it to help you describe what you have been experiencing.
Pattern does not evaluate your answers clinically, does not detect or monitor any disease or condition, and does not use automated decision-making or artificial intelligence to reach conclusions about you.
2.3 What Pattern is not
Pattern is not a healthcare provider, a medical practice, a clinic, a laboratory, or a telemedicine service. We do not provide medical care. We do not employ, supervise or direct any doctor, practitioner or laboratory. No part of a Pattern membership is a medical service.
2.4 Services provided by others
Separately from your membership, Pattern can help you reach services that other organisations provide. Where you choose to use them:
- We can arrange a wellness testing and consultation bundle with a partner clinic (Section 5).
- We can pass your details to a testing partner so you can order a mail-in kit directly from them (Section 6).
- We can introduce you to independent care practitioners (Section 7).
In each case, the clinical service is provided by that third party, not by Pattern. Our role is limited to arranging the introduction or the booking, and to handling payment where these Terms say so. The clinician decides what is appropriate for you. We do not.
Every test, panel, kit and consultation is purchased separately. No test, laboratory service or consultation is included in any membership plan.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Please read this section carefully. It is fundamental to your understanding of the Services, and it applies to everything you see and do in Pattern.
3.1 Pattern does not provide medical care
Pattern is a wellness education and self-tracking platform. Pattern does not provide medical services, laboratory testing, diagnosis, treatment, screening, triage, or any form of clinical care.
All medical, laboratory and clinical services are provided by independent third parties who hold their own licences, exercise their own clinical judgement, set their own scope, and contract with you under their own terms.
3.2 Nothing in Pattern is medical advice
Everything you see in the Services is for general educational and informational purposes only. This includes your intake assessment summary, your symptom domains, your health focus areas, your tracking history, and all educational content.
None of it is medical advice. None of it is a diagnosis, or a suggestion that you may have any particular condition. None of it is a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis or treatment, or for a consultation with a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider.
Educational content in Pattern describes how things are commonly understood to relate to one another in general. It is never a statement about you, your body, or your health. Where content appears alongside something you have told us, it is offered as background reading, not as an interpretation of your situation.
3.3 Pattern does not tell you what to do about your health
Pattern does not recommend, prescribe or advise any treatment, medication, supplement, test, diet or course of action for a medical purpose. Habits, resources and suggestions in Pattern are general wellness content, not clinical recommendations.
Pattern also does not tell you whether or not you need medical care. Nothing in the Services should be read as reassurance that a symptom is harmless, or that you do not need to see a doctor. The Services are not designed to detect, exclude or assess the seriousness of any condition, and the absence of anything in Pattern means nothing about your health.
3.4 Always speak to a qualified professional
If you have any question about your symptoms, your test results, a medical condition, or anything you encounter in the Services, consult a licensed medical professional.
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read or seen in Pattern.
You agree that you will not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional medical advice, and that you are responsible for the decisions you make about your own health.
3.5 Your Pattern information is not a medical record
Your intake assessment summary and your tracking history are not a medical record, a clinical assessment, or a document any healthcare provider is obliged to accept or act on. You are welcome to use them to help you describe what you have been experiencing. They do not replace a clinical history taken by a qualified professional, and no clinician is bound by anything they contain.
3.6 Emergencies
If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 995, the emergency ambulance number in Singapore, or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
Do not use Pattern to seek urgent help. We do not monitor the Services for signs that you may be unwell, and nobody at Pattern will see or respond to anything you enter in an emergency.
4. Membership, fees and payment
4.1 Plans
Pattern offers one membership, available on three payment terms:
| Term | Rate | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | SGD 20 per month | SGD 20 each month |
| 6 months | SGD 18 per month | SGD 108 once, at the start of the term |
| 12 months | SGD 15 per month | SGD 180 once, at the start of the term |
All prices are in Singapore Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is always shown in the app before you buy.
The 6-month and 12-month terms are paid in full at the start of the term. They are discounted because they are a commitment for the whole term. If you cancel part way through, your access continues to the end of the term you have paid for, and no refund is given for the remainder. If you would prefer to be able to stop at any time, choose the monthly term.
4.2 Free trial
New members receive a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership begins automatically and your chosen plan is charged in full. You may cancel at any point during the trial at no charge.
4.3 Renewal
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each term, for a further term of the same length, at the price then in effect, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
4.4 Cancellation and refunds
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +65 8026 2073 or email hellopatternhealth@gmail.com. We will confirm your cancellation. If you contact us before your renewal date, your membership will not renew, whenever we get to your message.
- During the trial: cancel at any time before it ends, at no charge.
- On a monthly term: your membership continues to the end of the month you have paid for, then ends.
- On a 6 or 12-month term: your membership continues to the end of the term you have paid for, then ends. No refund is given for unused time.
Membership fees are otherwise non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
Cancelling your membership does not cancel any test you have already ordered. See Section 5.6.
4.5 What happens after your membership ends
Your information is retained, not deleted. Your account remains, and most parts of the app become unavailable until you subscribe again.
If you have an unfinished test order, that order will continue to be processed. You will retain access to the information and functionality needed to complete that order, including providing your availability, uploading relevant results and viewing results that have been made available for that order. You will not be able to browse and order new tests, or access other membership features unless you subscribe again.
If you want your information deleted rather than retained, see the Privacy Policy.
4.6 Price changes
We may change our pricing from time to time. If we change the price of your membership, we will notify you before it takes effect. The new price will apply from the start of your next renewal term after the change takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your membership before your renewal date.
4.7 Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment using your saved payment method. We may suspend access to your membership while payment remains outstanding. If payment has not been received within 14 days of the original payment date, we may cancel your membership and end your access to the Services.
5. Wellness testing and consultation bundles
5.1 What you are buying
When you reserve a wellness testing and consultation bundle through Pattern, you are paying Pattern for a bundle that includes a consultation with a physician at our partner clinic and the tests you have selected.
You are reserving a consultation, not a guaranteed set of tests. The physician decides what testing is clinically appropriate for you. What you have selected in the app is your request, and the physician confirms what goes ahead.
5.2 What we share, and with whom
To arrange your reservation, we share your name, your contact number, your email address, and the tests you have selected with the partner clinic and the reviewing physician. If you have separately agreed to it, we also share your assessment answers so the physician has context. That is optional and does not affect your reservation. See the Privacy Policy.
Our current partner clinics and testing partners are listed at patternhealth.app/privacy/partners.
5.3 If the physician changes the scope
If the physician reduces the scope, we will refund you the difference between what you paid for testing and the testing that goes ahead. The consultation fee is not refundable once the consultation has taken place.
If the physician recommends additional testing that Pattern offers, we will send you an invoice for the difference. Your blood draw will not be booked until that invoice is paid.
If the physician recommends additional services available only at the clinic, the clinic will bill you directly for them. Those charges are between you and the clinic and are governed by the clinic's own terms, not these Terms.
5.4 The clinic's role
The partner clinic and the physician are independent third parties. They are responsible for their own clinical judgement, their own conduct, and their own handling of your information. Pattern does not perform testing, does not employ the physician, and does not influence what the physician decides is appropriate for you.
5.5 Results
Your results are provided to you by the clinic. You may upload them to your Pattern account if you choose. Pattern only receives your results if you upload them, and only if you have agreed to us storing them.
5.6 If you cancel your membership with a test outstanding
A test you have already paid for remains yours. Cancelling your membership does not cancel your reservation, does not entitle you to a refund of it, and does not remove your access to it. You will keep access to that order until it is complete, as described in Section 4.5.
6. Mail-in test kits
Where you request a mail-in test kit through Pattern, Pattern does not sell you the kit and does not take payment for it.
We pass your name, email address, delivery address and contact number to our testing partner so that they can set up your order. You then order and pay for the kit directly with them.
Your purchase of the kit is a contract between you and the testing partner, governed by their terms and their privacy policy. Pattern is not a party to it and is not responsible for their pricing, delivery, testing, results or conduct.
7. Introductions to care practitioners
Where you ask to be matched with a practitioner, we send you a shortlist of practitioners and their details. You choose who you would like to be introduced to, and we make the introduction by email. Pattern does not send your assessment, your symptoms or your results to any practitioner without your prior consent.
Practitioners are independent third parties. They contract with you directly, set their own fees, scope and terms, and are responsible for their own advice and conduct. Pattern is not a party to your relationship with a practitioner, does not supervise them, and is not responsible for the services they provide or for any outcome.
Pattern may have commercial arrangements with practitioners, clinics and testing partners in connection with introductions and services arranged through the platform.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, and for everything that happens under it. Tell us at hellopatternhealth@gmail.com straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
You may not share your account, transfer it to someone else, or let anyone else use it. This matters more here than in most products: your account holds the health information you have chosen to share, and anyone using it can see all of it.
9. Your content
“Your Content” means anything you put into the Services: your assessment answers, symptom and habit tracking, journal entries, test results you upload, and anything else you enter.
You own Your Content. You grant Pattern a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and use it solely to provide the Services to you and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. That licence ends when your content is deleted.
You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content, and for having the right to submit it. Pattern is not responsible for consequences arising from information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
10. Our intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Services, including the platform, our assessment framework and methodology, our content, design, trademarks, logos and software, belongs to Pattern or our licensors. These Terms transfer nothing to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You must not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or make derivative works of the Services.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where the law permits it.
- Use the Services to build a competing product.
- Use bots, scrapers or crawlers on the Services, except through interfaces we document.
- Circumvent any security or access control.
- Do anything that could damage, disable or overburden the Services.
Unauthorised use of the Services or our intellectual property may cause harm that money alone cannot remedy. We reserve all rights and remedies available to us, including seeking injunctive relief, and including in respect of any breach of this section.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully.
- Impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are.
- Submit false or misleading health information.
- Interfere with anyone else's use of the Services.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data.
Breaching this section may result in suspension or closure of your account. We reserve all rights and remedies available to us in respect of any breach of these Terms, including reporting unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.
12. Suspension and closure
You may stop using the Services and cancel your membership at any time, by contacting us as described in Section 4.4.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if you do not pay fees when due, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Services poses a risk to you, to us, or to anyone else. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
If we close your account for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, and you are part way through a paid term, we will refund the unused portion.
On closure, your right to use the Services ends. Sections 3, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 17 survive. Your information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
We take the security of your information seriously and maintain reasonable security arrangements to protect it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in this section limits those obligations, or any obligation we have under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and satisfactory quality.
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your health goals, that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, that they will be free from unauthorised access despite the measures we take, or that any result you obtain will be accurate or produce any particular outcome. No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed secure.
Health outcomes depend on many things outside our control, including your own circumstances and actions, and the services of third parties.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
(a) Pattern is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated savings, arising from your use of the Services.
(b) Pattern's total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, will not exceed the greater of:
- (i) the total fees you paid Pattern in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- (ii) where the claim relates to a specific test or reservation you purchased from Pattern, the amount you paid Pattern for it; or
- (iii) SGD 100.
(c) Pattern is not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, services, fees or conduct of any third party, including partner clinics, physicians, testing partners and care practitioners.
(d) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Pattern, its officers, employees and agents against any claim, liability, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law or third-party right, or Your Content.
16. Changes
To the Services. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services from time to time, including features, functionality, content or availability. If we make a material change that significantly affects what is available to paying members, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, where reasonably practicable. We may make changes without advance notice where necessary for security, legal, regulatory or technical reasons.
To these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version carries an effective date, and previous versions remain available at patternhealth.app/terms/versions. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before the changes take effect, such as by email or through a notice in the app. If you continue to use the Services after the effective date, the updated Terms will apply to your continued use of the Services. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the Services and cancel your membership before the changes take effect. Changes that are required by law or regulation, or that do not materially affect your rights or obligations, may take effect without advance notice.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
If a dispute arises:
- Please write to us first at hellopatternhealth@gmail.com. We will review the matter and aim to respond within thirty (30) days.
- If we cannot resolve it, we may mutually agree to try mediation, for example through the Singapore Mediation Centre. Neither of us is obliged to mediate unless we separately agree to do so.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in the Small Claims Tribunals where your claim is eligible, or from raising a complaint with a relevant regulator.
These Terms do not affect any rights or protections you have under Singapore law that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
18. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Pattern about the Services, and supersede anything earlier.
- Severability. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we do not waive it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them, and will tell you if we do.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Notices. We may contact you by email at the address on your account, or through the app. You can reach us at hellopatternhealth@gmail.com.
- Third-party rights. Nobody who is not a party to these Terms may enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore.
